You have to see a muslim doctor. If he tells you not to fast, you must not fast. If he tells you that this will be cured later,you must make these days when you are better. But if he says that you will  never ever be able to fast again, you must feed a poor person for everyday missed.

Asalamo alaikum. I have had health issues relating to my blood. I am constantly losing blood and my hemoglobin count is very low. Due to this, I become very weak. I try my best to fast but after a couple days, I fall ill. Am i excused from fasting or do I still have to try and continue? If i am excused on account of me being sick, what do i do to make up for it? Do i feed a poor person?
