As it is in Qur’an that Hazrat Isa will come again, I wanted to ask that in Qur’an it is also stated that there will be no prophet after Holy prophet p.b.u.h, then how is it that hazrat Isa is also a prophet and he will come after Holy prophet?

He was born and made Prophet before our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa
sallam and he will rule with the shariah of Mohammed, salla Allahu
alaihi WA sallam and not with a new sharia or law.

A question came to mind that when something was revealing on Holy prophet PBUH, His pbuh body condition was changing like sweat and coldness or hesitation like this. i ask that what is the relation btw medical (physiology) and revelation? how physiological changes occurs in body due to revelation?
