ANSWER:

This is permissible as a form of adkhar. What is prohibited is to recite Qur’an while in the state of major sexual impurity. 

Are we allowed to recite quran surahs while we are on mandatory ghusl. For instance, reciting al iqhlas, an nas and al falak during the bed time.
