A graduate of Islamic studies can have the potential of understanding the Quran but this isn’t a must as a lot of them don’t know how to. However,
they can do that if they put the effort.

Are graduates of Islamic Studies, Shari’ah, Fiqh, etc qualified to teach/explain the Qur’an?
