ANSWER:

This is inappropriate as most likely he will fall in a similar situation one day and people will laugh at him as a punishment. 

Among the videos in YT of imams making qunoot in salah,there is a video in which when the imam started saying the dua,one of the followers went to the ground for making sujood and he came up confused and it was a little bit funny to watch.If someone watched that scene of the video repeatedly and laughed so hard,is he/she sinful?is laughing at someones mistake sinful?
