You are not allowed to be with this man alone whether for praying or for work. Men shouldn’t work with women as this kind of mixing is forbidden because it calls for Satan to be the third person in the room.

If there is no one with you, you shouldn’t pray with him but if you do, the prayer is valid and you are sinful.

Am I allowed to pray together with my boss? I am working as dental assistent, for a dentist man.
