ANSWER:

When Allah says He made it a secure place, this doesn’t mean it won’t be attacked or afflicted with calamities. 

This is an order and an instruction to the people to keep it this way. 

Allah does not lay a responsibility on anyone beyond his capacity quran…Allah made Masjid Haram place of security… I read ocd qs..islamqa…they say he is not to be blamed he is burdened with ocd beyond his capacity…also makkah crane incident…crane fell..Allah says He made Makkah place of security….how to reconcile both…plz Reconciliation due to my poor understanding.I believe in Allah
