All prayers are preferred to be prayed at the beginning of the time except Isha.
The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said that it is best to delay it. The last time to pray Isha is the middle of the night. After that, it is not prayed on time.
If a person delays the prayer before its time is over, it is not a sin but it is not recommended especially with Asr as there are two times for praying it, the later is not recommended to postpone it until that time
