ANSWER:

This is transgression from your side! If he wants to be kind to his daughter, you have no right in stopping him or preventing her from accepting her father’s gifts.

Be better than him if you are earning well and buy him gifts whenever you go and visit him. This would soften his heart and make him treat you better. 

Alhamdulillah I m earning good, I do not want my father-in-law to spend his money on her daughter (my wife) in neither way by gifting her gold ornaments or in the form of dresses or money. I dislike him because of his rude behavior towards me, he do not have talking manners, is it fine if I ask him to stop OR I ask my wife not to accept any gift from him. Plz advice.
