There is a big possibility that your conclusion is wrong or you were misinformed by someone who hates her or wants to cause a drift between you and her.
If she prays with you like you pray and practices Islam like everyone else and when you speak about the prophet salla allahu alaihi wa sallam and that he was the seal of the prophethood and that there is no prophet after him and she agrees to that, she is not a qadiyani.
