Yes, it is for those in such conditions. They should try to get married as soon as possible and they should surround themselves with practicing brothers and make their own Islamic community.

Advice for a young men growing up in the west surrounded by temptations everywhere. Could this be the time where the prophet SWS said holding onto the deen will be as if holding onto a pot of hot iron.
