The verse says: “The Prophet (Peace be upon him)) frowned and turned away.”
This is when he was calling a delegation of the pagans dignitaries to Islam when this blind companion came seeking knowledge. That is why the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam ignored him as he had more important business, hoping that the dignitaries would accept Islam.
