ANSWER:

You can recite the morning adkhar as soon as the time for Fajr begins. You can also recite it after praying fajr, it’s your choice.

About morning azkar sir pls whats the best time to do it in islam is it immediately after the appearance of the alfijir before call prayer azan can i do it before salatul fajr or after salatul fajr which one is the best in islam?
