A woman in her Nifas should wait for 40 days as long as the blood is continuous. If she sees her purity before that, she must shower and start praying and fasting even if the 40 days were not over.

If not, she must wait until the 40 days are over. Most likely, it is Fajr prayer what she must observe on the 41st day, and Allah knows best

A sister is finishing tomorrow her nifas. She wants to know if she is supposed to start praying with Fajr prayer or will she start from the prayer that she missed? (for example if she delivered before maghreeb will she start with maghreeb?)
