It is not obligatory to pray Taraweeh for a residing person or a traveler. It is highly recommended.

A person is outside his hometown; about 200 Kms far from his home for 10 days. He is there to meet his in – laws. He prays 5 prayers in the mosque. Is it obligatory on him to pray Taraweeh also?I mean will one incur any sin if he leaves Taraweeh prayer during / in journey?
