Yes, in shaa Allah, since he did not ejaculate by his own actions or thinking.

A friend of mine erected and fluid came out whilst fasting in this month of Ramadan. However the fluid ejaculation was neither preceded by masturbation nor bad acts. He said he got when he went to the toilet for passing urine.Is the fasting valid?Please reply.
