A doctor deliberately gave my mother injection saying its a nutrient rich injection and he knew that the injection was harmful. My mother got kidney stones because of that. If my mother dies because of this pain will she be a shaheed? Because its like the doctor poisoned mymother. Will the doctor be punished for this?

I want know about abortion within 40 days is allowed or not? Because my wife is pregnant less than 1 month for the 3rd time my younger daughter is 6 month old during second pregnancy as well as delivery she had lots of complications thats why doctors didn’t allow her for 2/3 years and they advice for an abortion because she cannot bear the hardships of pregnancy and it will harm to mother as well as baby. Are we allowed to do this within limits of Islam and we do not want to do any sin.
