Why Eesa alaihissalam was given title – ‘Al-Masih’ (Messiah) where as no prophet was given that title.
What is the meaning of the word ‘Al-Masih’ in Arabic ?
And also why Dajjaal is called ‘Al-Masih Ad-Dajjaal’ (False Messiah)?

Al maseeh refers to Isa’s ability to wipe over the sick and cure them. Mash in Arabic is to wipe and al maseeh is the one who wipes.
Al maseeh addajal is the anti Christ and he is name as such because one of his eyes is wipe out or because he roams the earth in 40 days.
