a certain soap company here does not guarantee that their soap is pork free, meaning the product may or may not have pork fat if other sources were not available during its production. Is it permissible to use this soap?

My mum used to do online food shopping from a supermarket called asda. Sometimes they would deliver extra items to our house my mistake and when my mum called them they would always let us keep it. However, they delivered extra items once or twice and no one called them, we just kept the items assuming that we are allowed to keep them. Do we have to tell them about these items?
