Both are sunnah.

during salah sometimes i clasp my left wrist with the right hand, is it permissible. i do both, sometimes i place my right hand on left with my five fingers placed on left forearm and sometimes i simply make a firm grip on my left wrist not placing the right hand but rather holding the left wrist tightly with my right hand.

I read on IslamQa that moving hastily in Prayer invalidates it. Does that mean that if I, for example, am at ease in Sujud and in the sitting position between Sujud, but I sit up from Sujud in a very fast manner, the Salaah would be invalidated? I get the feeling sometimes that I’m moving quite fast, although I only realised it after actually moving in between the different positions.
