It is not permissible to lie.

I’m an engineering student, here’s my question: Is it permissible to apply for and accept a scholarship showing a fake income certificate? (the certificate proves that my family’s annual income is almost one third of the original income) Is it fine to accept the scholarship amount? as my FATHER’s health condition is critical(a known cancer patient)?
