If there is no reason to believe that it’s haraam then you can get it. You can inquire about it’s provenance. If there is reason to suspect it then you should disobey them but be very diplomatic with them.

If my parents ask me to help them get food which I am not sure is halal (and which I think probably isn’t halal), is it permissible for me to disobey them?

I have Hashimoto’s thyroid disease in which my thyroid works very slow and needs the aid of medication to help it work better.  There is synthetic medication which I take but there is also dessicated medication said to work better than synthetic but is derived from a pig. Would it be haram if I took the natural one from the pig to help my thyroid function better than the synthetic?
