The contract format is like, the broker pay the owner (for example)10 million but he will sell to higher price according to his marketing skills. Brokers pay an advance of nominal amount and sell it to 3rd party with higher profit. Here the land owner gets lower amount and does not know the real market value. Is this allowed?

I have a non-muslim friend asking me for a loan. She wants to pay off a lease bill for a motor vehicle with this money. After completing the lease she wants to sell off the motor vehicle and repay the loan back to me with that money. I am a sri lankan and in our country there is definitely going to have interest charges. Is it permissible for me to lend her the loan? And if it is not, should I tell her that I cannot lend it to her because ribaa is prohibited in my religion?
