Is there anything authentic that we need to recite before opening and closing the quran?

The companions had agreed not to include anything other than ayah in the holy Qur’an when they were compiling it, and also the first verse of fatiha is bismillah, if that is not the case please tell me were else in the quran is bismillah a verse ?
