You can fast any number of days of this month, even if you fast one day only.

If some one intend to fast in this month of muharram and break it for some reason!!! is this ok?

I am 21 years now. I had come of age at the age of 10. I have several obligatory fasting to make up(around 70). I am intending to make-up this fasting before the arrival of next one. Should I make an expiation for this delayed fasting? If so, how ?
