ANSWER:

No need to face the qibla and you can sit in any position while reading Quran and you can recite it while lying down as well.

Do I have to face Qibla for reading Quran? Or any direction is okay? And do I have to sit in Salah’s position for reading Quran? Or can I sit on a chair and keep the Quran on table in front of me and then read it?
