Yes, you can pray it on normal days up till about 10 minutes of the Athan. As for Friday, it is a special case as you can pray till the Imam comes out.

As i go to masjid very early like 1 &haif hour befor 2nd adhan on fridays so plese tell me can i offer sallat duha and how ?
