Some scholars say that you should raise your hands when you stand up as Sheikh Bin Bazz and Ibn Othaimeen say. Others, such as Sheikh AL Albani say you should do it while you are sitting down and before you stand up as this was reported by Ibn Omer.

I don’t have any solid proof on this issue but I do it when I stand up and I believe that both are acceptable, though the first is more practiced by Muslims.

After the first tashahud can we raise the hands from sitting down (at Takbeer) or when we stand up? What is the most authentic opinion with regards to this.

As we know there are some different versions of salaat-ul witr. I want to practice this salaat according to sunnah exactly. I know three version accurately but I cant choose any of them because when I pray one type I am thinking other is better,while praying other, next one is better.So I decided to mix them altogether. Do I have a right to do such a thing? I ll describe my witr pray and please tell me your ideas about it . First Rakaat: Takbeer, Subhanaka, Al-Fatiha, Al-A’la then rukou, sajdah,Second Rakaat: Al-Fatiha, Al-Kafiroun then rokou, sajda, dua3as, salamthen final rakaat seperately ,Takbeer, Subhanake,Al-Fatiha, Al-Ihlas, Al-Falaq, Al-Nas, Takbeer, Dua3a Kunout then rokou, sajdah, dua3as and salam. I mixed 3 version of witr that I know.. Am I doing a wrong thing?

We found in one Book with the title “Important lesson for muslim Women” compiled by Amr Abdul-Mun’im Saaleem when its said that if we have a reson to pray Eid prayer in the masjed must ofer 4 rakah not 2 rakah like in musalla.And this is not reffer to the Tahiyatul Masjid…rather to Eid prayer
