ANSWER:

This must be documented and made public so that your husband would not come after few months and force you to sleep with him and defending himself that he didn’t divorce or given khulu! This is like marriage, it is has to be made public for people to testify. 

Can i take a scerat khula only i and my husbnd know about this not my family.
