This is the Sunnah for the Imam not to give time for the people to recite the Fatiha as the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam didn’t pause after the Fatiha for such a reason.

What happens to the salat of people whose imam does not give them time to recite fatiha before he recites a surah?
