If a man is within the vicinity of a mosque, he must pray in it. But if he prays it in the house, he is sinful but his prayer is correct

Dear brother, i wanted to ask about praying in the house at fajr prayers, is it acceptable?

I have a question regarding praying while I am at work. when I am on a shorter shift I dont get any breaks sometimes they allow me to come in 10 mins earlier and then take a 10 min break but if its time for zohr then i dont have enough time to complete whudu and pray in time.
