Here in Bangladesh, the Eid prayers are performed (by the Imams of the mosques) with 6 takbirs, instead of 12? Would such kind of Eid prayers be considered valid? If not, should I refrain from joining such congregations?

The Sunnah is that he offers 7 in the first Rak’ah and 5 in the second. It was reported that some of the companions prayed it 5 in both and 7 in both rak’ah.

That is why Imam Ahmed said that it is permissible regardless of the number of Takbeer.

Therefore, pray with them and don’t miss the great reward for something disputed as this.

If one terminate his prayers wth the 1st salam and eventually his ablution spoiled. What is the position of the prayer?

While i am at work is it permissible for me to pray only the fardh and not the sunna due to lack of time or is it permissible to combine prayers due to work committments?
