ANSWER:

This refers to a youngster who grew up committed to Islam by doing obligatory and voluntary acts while staying away from all haram acts. 

One of the categories of people, who will be under the shade of Allah is the youth who grew up worshipping Him. Is doing the obligatory Ibadats enough to be in this category or someone has to do more nafl Ibadats also?
