This is not permissible. You must recite it all in Arabic. You already know the meanings of it. Therefore, there is no need to read it again in prayer.

I started praying salah with meaning,means i learnt the meanings of the surah fatihah and other surahs…attahiyyaat durood dua etc… first i recite in arabic and then i try to recollect the meanings of what i read, which breaks the arabic recitation
