ANSWER:

Because tahiyatul masjid is mandatory while the sunnah prayers are voluntary!

The prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam prohibited you from sitting down before offering it. 

If I am not sinful for not praying the sunnah prayers before zuhr then why I am sinful for not praying Tahiyatul Masjid?

I know for fact that women can not do Imamat of fard salah but they can lead other women in voluntary or taraweeh prayer while standing in line with others women. So should we pray this way or we should avoid as it’s not coming from any authentic source. Or is there any possibility that our prayers not being accepted if we pray this way?
