ANSWER:

This is highly recommended for men when praying in masjid.

He wears normal clothes to pray at home but when he goes to masjid he wears nice clothes to show off or to look nice so he is doubtful about his intention,is he praying for the sake of Allah or not?

My extended family has been living in a apartment building. The building has a prayer room with an assigned imam employed by the building management.The prayer room is taken care of by the building management and All 5 prayers are done there in jama’ah. My question is is praying in the above prayer room same as praying in a masjid ? They’ve been there for decades assuming its same as masjid

Sheikh, I wear full-sleeves, longer-lengthened dresses when attending congregational prayer. As my house is a bit far away from the masjid, so when I get there by walking, my clothes get wet due to excessive sweating. So, if I wear half-sleeve clothes like t-shirts along with jeans for prayer for comfort; will that be against the sunnah? Pls advise.
