Zakat can only be given to one of the 8 categories mentioned in 9:60:

“Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler – an obligation [imposed] by Allah . And Allah is Knowing and Wise.”

Therefore, all the mentioned in your question are not one of them and hence it is not permissible to give your zakat to them.

Can I give my zakat to a charitable organization or for the building of an islamic school, masjid, wells etc and if so, do I have to tell them that the money is zakat?
