This is permissible.

A husband is without a regular source of money and hardly earns anything. His income is as low as 1 gm of gold earned in two months… His wife is woking and earning well. Can his wife pay Zakaath to him in order to clear off his debts?

I have some jewelry with me. It has semi precious stones in it so while calculating for zakat can I deduct the weight of those stones because when we go to sell this set jeweler deducts that much weight. or I have to give zakat on exact weight?
