Zakat is payable for savings that are 595 grams of silver or more. if you have gold, it is grams of gold or more. if you have a house, there is no zakat on it but if you have a business, there is zakat

I just to want to clarify is Zakaat only payable on savings for a year that is 495 grams and more? Does this mean if you own a house or business you don’t have to pay zakaat?
