If it is for medical reasons, this is permissible. Giving you a bath is not permissible as this is not necessity.

I wanted to know if it is permissible for me to do “Body Massage”after delivery at my home with a Non- Muslim / Muslim lady.I have to uncover in front of her above my navel and below the navel will be covered during the Massage but she will also be giving me a bath as well.
