You may wear anything on top of your abayah providing that it doesn’t reveal your body structure. You can wear these things under the Abayah as well.

As for the color of your head scarf, this depends on the norm and customs of the Muslims in your country.

I’m in college and I find wearing abaya helps a lot in keeping myself from trying to dress like the other girls. But it’s really cold where I live so I wear hoodies over it or cardigans. I also like to wear different color scarfs. I get a lot of dirty looks from the other muslim girls so I was just wondering if it was haraam.
