There were a number of scribes who wrote the Quran at the time of the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam. None of them was a female.

Omer, Ali, Zaid and Moawiah may Allah be pleased with them were among many who wrote it.

I was wondering because my father told me that Mohameds sister (PBUH) was the one who had physically written the Quran, but because my father doesn’t know loads about my religion, then I wanted to ask, who physically wrote the Quran??
