Marrying someone with HIV is not permissible as it is deliberately acquiring this disease to yourself. The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam said:
run away from a man with leprosy as you run away from a lion.
Therefore, you shouldn’t harm yourself and continue such a marriage
