If you are able to distinguish right from wrong, listen to them and take what is good and leave what is bad. Being sinful for not growing the beard doesn’t mean that everything they say is wrong. It differs from one person to the other.

Allah swt tells us to obey Allah [swt] and his messenger (saw). Now some brothers give dawah either on tv, arranged lectures or in any other form. if these brothers don’t have beards by choice,… …do we listen to them, as the prophet Muhammad[saw]commanded the growing of the beard?
