I have no idea as there isn’t anything is the Sunnah specifying it. therefore, one should ask those of experience such as the people of medicine.

My question is about a common practice here in west africa whereby verses f the Quran are written and washed (sometimes with zam zam) and is being drunk sometimes as a cure, is it in accordance with islamic laws?
