It is not part of the morning athkar.

You can recite it in the evening and also before going to bed.

Sheikh, in your notes section you’ve explained which azkar should be recited morning and evening.The Prophet saw used to recite the last two verses of al-baqarah in the evening before retiring to bed, so where you’ve mentioned to recite ayatul kursi, and the last 3 quls x 3 each, could I also recite the last 2 ayahs of al-baqarah there also in the evening as well as the morning?
