One can make as many times as he wishes as long as he is remembering Allah and he is not restricting himself to a certain number, thinking that it has some significance.

This means that you can say thousand times or more: subhana Allah etc.

Is it bidah to perform excessive dhikr(in thousands) in the form of reciting supplications (such as lahilah illalah,subhanalah e.t.c)
