This is a big innovation that is baseless and was never done by the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam nor his companions.

Most of the masjid in malaysia before fajar prayer they will read the holy quran thru the loudspeaker.but before they read they will read a long doa prior to reading the quran and is this an innovations?
