This is highly recommended

If I miss the two sunnah raka of Fajir. Do I have to pray it later on? Is it obligatory?

Is it Sunnah to recite a big surah in the first Rak’ah and in the second rakah you recite half of the amount? Is this makrooh to recite a surah which is small in the first rakah and a bigger one in the second rakah?
