If a woman gave birth and the month of Dhull Hijjah come’s to an end, can she than perform the Sa’ee en the tauwaf of Hajj?

You were saying that Ibn Taymiyah (RA) said that if a woman needs to leave Mekkah and still didn’t made the tauwaf and Sa’ee of Hajj she can do it. Is this also the case if the month of Hajj comes to a end?
